Having had our boiler cut off due to a fault and receiving a very large quote for a new one my wife and I decided to search the web for other installers. We came across the Home Team site and being impressed with what we read emailed our needs and requested a quote. Darren contacted us immediately, even though it was a weekend, and said a quote would be with us by 8pm that evening – and so it was! The quote contained everything in detail and was extremely fair. We accepted it on the spot and Darren arranged to visit it us on the Monday to carry out a survey. What can we say. The boiler was duly installed on the following Friday. Dave, the engineer, explained everything that he needed to do and both he and Lucas, an apprentice, were very respectful of our home. They are both very nice guys – nothing being too much trouble. We would unreservedly recommend Home Team and look forward to joining their maintenance plan as we know we can rely on the company. They thoroughly deserve 5 stars because we received 5 star treatment.
