We contacted Home Team for a boiler installation quote. From our initial enquiry, they contacted us the same day, and arranged for an engineer to come round. Within two days of our enquiry we were sat with an engineer discussing our options about where to have a new boiler fitting. He was professional and very knowledge in the services and products available. He shared his own experience with boilers and gave us sound advice. He gave us options and suggestions and was very friendly throughout the conversations. Within a day of the visit, we received a quote. There was no pressure in making a quick decision, no hassle with telephone calls etc. At this point, we were very impressed with the service we’d received so far, we placed our order with Home Team. We received a installation date within a two week window. The estimation for the job completion was 2 days and they completed it in two days – no hassle. Overall, we were very impressed with the customer service, information and quality of work carried out. Once the work was complete, two days later we received a bouquet of flower from Home Team to say thank you for giving them the work. Such a lovely gesture to thank their customers and would definitely recommend Home Team to friends and family. A great job and your engineers are a credit to you. read less
