Home Team weren’t our first choice. We couldn’t fault the quote but wanted to support a smaller, more local firm. Sadly we were let down and after 8 weeks went back to Home Team. Russell re-quoted within 20 minutes for changes we requested. The next day we arranged for the work to take place at the start of the following week.
On arrival at 8.00 AM it turned out that there was an issue with the work specified which would have caused extra upheaval. After a short discussion with ‘base’ Robert suggested an alternative solution, but gave us the option to think about it & re-arrange for later in the week had we wanted. We went ahead and despite the unplanned later start caused, the job (Boiler replacement, new controller, new radiator and TRVs all round) was completed in a day. Robert & Jason were friendly, personable and kept things clean & tidy. Robert gave us full explanations throughout and showed us how everything worked. We would recommend Home Team highly and they will definitely be our first choice if we need further work doing.
