This is the second time I’ve used Home Team for a boiler emergency and rarely have I come across such brilliant and efficient customer service. My elderly parents were without both hot water and heating and despite the fact that the old boiler was beyond repair and scaffolding needed to be organised at short notice to fit a new one, Home Team had everything sorted in just a few days. They updated me on progress and really pulled out all of the stops even though it was out of office hours. Helen in the office is fantastic and the gas engineers were skilled and friendly. I couldn’t have asked for anything more – thank you!
