From start to finish, I was really impressed with this company. As first time buyers, we moved in to our property to find that the boiler was not working (after been told in our paperwork that it was – but that’s a whole other story). After having a different company come out (with an extortionate hourly rate not including VAT) to tell us that x, y and z were broken, we searched for a boiler replacement team. We called Home Team on the Tuesday morning and Darren came out free of charge to take a look at our system that afternoon. We got a quote then and there and had an appointment booked in straight away at a competitive price for the weekend (working around our availability). Darren was extremely patient and explained everything we could have thought of (and things we would never have thought about) in a very user-friendly way.
The engineer then came to install our new combi boiler and thermostat without any problems and even fitted a new drain valve on one of our radiators as there wasn’t a single one in the house. The job was completed quickly, neatly and the engineer was very professional. Very grateful to have hot water and heating in our new home and will definitely be utilising Home Team’s annual servicing offering.
