Got straight back in touch after initial email , engineer came out and sourced problem and managed to find part that was required surprisingly as it was an old boiler . Due to age of boiler rather than have it repaired I decided on a new boiler and was given a lot of advice on various boilers , on deciding on a recommended boiler it was all arranged and fitted within a couple of days. No pressure or pressure sales talk just friendly advice and common sense from experienced friendly engineers .
