On 27th April we awoke to find our boiler was not working. I found Home Team Sheffield during a Google search and filled in their online enquiry, shortly after I had a call from Helen and she arranged for Darren to come out and have a look. This was within the space of 2 hours. Our boiler needed a new PCB but we discussed the cost and risks of fitting a new part and decided to replace the boiler with a brand new Ideal one. Our old boiler was only 8 years old and had worked well but it wasn’t the best and the repair was not economical and there were risks attached to replacing the part.
I was provided with a quote by email and arranged the fitting for the 29th.
Rob and Oliver have just left. What a pleasure to meet such friendly polite people. They arrived at 8.30 and by lunchtime I had a warm house again.
