Our (very) old boiler broke down and rather than trying to get it repaired we thought we’d put the money towards a new one. We got several quotes and the Home Team was very professional and offered their service at a very competitive price. A 2 day install, just in time as it snowed on the 3rd day! When I had problems with my boiler, Home Team were so helpful and reassuring. They came out quickly, and having identified that my old boiler was beyond repair, gave me options to think through regarding a replacement. Everyone I dealt with was very friendly and informative. My boiler had been condemned on Tuesday and I had a new one fitted by the end of Thursday – a fantastic service from start to finish.
There were a couple of minor “glitches” but I was pleased that they were addressed promptly and efficiently.
