I found the Home Team very friendly, helpful and professional. They identified correctly the problem I had with my heating system and managed to fix it with no problem so I’m happy with their service and will use them again if required.

Our (very) boiler broke down and rather than trying to get it repaired we thought we’d put the money towards a new one. We had a complete boiler replacement in our fairly large house performed by Home Team Sheffield. It was a complex install requiring a change from standard to combi, removal of cold and hot water tanks. The engineers did a great job, turned up when they said they would, took onboard requests that I had about how the pipework should be run etc. Very pleased with their service and I’d recommend them fully.
Over all we are very pleased with the service provided by Home Team Sheffield. Our newly-bought apartment has a very complicated heating + hot water system, and unfortunately the system was not working properly with leakage and other problems everywhere. We had 4 groups of plumbers and all of them had no clue what’s going on. I found Home Team and was impressed by their professionality and punctuality. Even though their quote was not the lowest, but from the first meeting I knew they could get the problems fixed, and of course as expected the system is working properly finally. Thanks for Russell and his team Darren and Melvin. I have already booked my boiler service for next year with Home Team.

Got a new boiler fitted from Home Team, and was really impressed. It was a challenging job but from initial quote through to final installation, the service was first rate. The engineer was professional, courteous and knowledgeable, and took excellent care of my home. Would strongly recommend.
