This was a great installation and it was exhilarating to see David and his colleague really determined to get everything working well and very neatly done in spite of the horrendous difficulties re-routing and sizing the mains gas to the new boiler. and having to heave out my 26 year old boiler They did not leave until everything was completed and working to my satisfaction, explaining the brilliant wi-fi control and leaving everything neat and tidy. They hardly stopped for a break and worked in a cramped space. Worth every penny as they say. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing to have similar work done and wanting a really neat finish.

Recently had annual boiler service, £40 cheaper than British Gas and so much better! Two guys came and worked between them, a reading wasn’t quite right so they carried on testing it to make sure it was correct. When British Gas came they must have spent all of 5 minutes and didn’t even fill out our Boiler’s service record, last year they charged £69, but this year British Gas whacked it up to £120! No thanks, Hometeam for me anyday.

I had my old back boiler replaced with a new Worcester Bosch combi boiler. Rob and Jason worked on this for two days and did a first class job. They were very friendly, professional and offered loads of good advice. I would highly recommend them and the whole Home Team service was excellent. Good price and great service!
Great Service from quote to installation and the price want bad either. The installation engineers booked for between 08.30 and 09.30 but turned up early which wasn’t a problem for us. They talked through the installation with us and then simply got on with it all . Old boiler out and new in within the day although it was quite a long day for the installers but it didnt appear to be a problem to them.
They were recommended to us by a neighbour and i would definitely recommend them to any family or friends.

After just moving in, the boiler service picked up a small gas leak and plumber spent a few hours trying to work out what was causing it. Rebooked for Saturday but due to a cancellation was able to come Friday and fix it for us. Absolutely fantastic value for money as engineer worked every minute to find and then fix the leak.
Overall, I’m annoyed about gas leak in our new house, but reassured that the engineer and Home Team were on the case! Will be first port of call for any plumbing next time.
